Why Facilitator-Led Online Classes?
Continuous learning is important and often required. However, one's hectic schedules or line of work may not allow a person to attend a traditional classroom. A facilitator-led online classroom gives the additional benefit of giving the personalized instruction and feedback.

In addition, the facilitator-led online format has been shown to:

• Improve retention through "spaced-learning."
• Provide a consistent message.
• Helps to avoid missed information that occurs in the traditional classroom through poor listening skills or other interruptions.
• Interaction with others helps to enforce concepts as well as get different perspectives.
